Don’t Shoot the Messenger – Exploring the Gift Hidden in Anger

How does anger manifest in you? Do you allow yourself to fully feel it, or does it simmer beneath the surface—only to erupt when least expected? In this session, we’ll explore this often-misunderstood emotion and discover its deeper purpose. When we relate to anger with curiosity and compassion, it becomes a messenger guiding us toward insight, authenticity, and connection.

Our bodies are our first home. In this session, you’re invited to move, stretch, dance, or simply feel—at your own pace. With soft guidance, we’ll explore how movement can release tension, awaken vitality, and bring us back into aliveness. Whether you choose gentle swaying or wild expression—this is your time to be in motion, just as you are.

Roxy Manning
Understanding Microaggressions – What They Are and Why They Matter

What makes something a microaggression, and why can it be harmful even when no harm is intended? In this session, Roxy Manning will offer a short teaching to clarify what microaggressions are, how they appear in everyday interactions, and why impact often outweighs intent. We’ll then open space for your questions, including real-life examples, so we can explore together with curiosity and compassion.
