Werde weiterhin dran bleiben! Danke!

Join us for an inner journey of self-discovery, shared wisdom and a fresh love for yourself and life.

In this 3-day program we will be welcoming ourselves into Life as women.

We will be tapping into the wisdom held in the bodies that we inhabit through movement, music and creative self-expression. We will explore our existence and relate to Life as women through Dyad meditation.

While there will be community sharing circles and connection with each other, there will also be moments for self-reflection, time to unwind and recharge in the sauna or through  silent time in nature.

    mehr…

As women living modern lifestyles, we need to take time from our daily lives to fill ourselves up, so that we can return to our daily schedule renewed, refreshed — and more available for our passions, relationships and our work in the world.

    What to expect:

    • A safe space to journey and connect with other women
    • Feel more connected to your body and alive in your humanness
    • Greater emotional resilience, joy and clarity
    • Unplug, slow down and get back in touch with yourself and nature
    • Tasty nourishing meals
    • Sauna (Optional)
    • Laughter, hugs, love and maybe tears

Warning: This retreat may bring healing, connection and some profound insights that we will not be held accountable for!
